About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, customer relations, and overall store operations. The role sets the tone for the store and manages employees during scheduled shifts. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.

Requirements

• Judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Ability to manage employees and store operations during a shift.
• Ability to meet Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage cost, inventory, and cash control, along with customer relations.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during scheduled shifts.
• Oversee all store operations.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare fast, accurate, and consistent products while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
