About The Position

The Assistant Manager helps lead the store team, deliver excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly. The role supports the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals. Restaurant or supervisory experience is preferred, and training is provided. Full-time management team members are eligible for co-pay health insurance. Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.

• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
