About The Position

Domino’s is seeking friendly, dependable Delivery Drivers to deliver orders safely and provide excellent customer service. Pay is $15.92 per hour while working in the store and $6.05 per hour while on the road, plus $1.50 per delivery and tips. No delivery experience is required; training is provided. Drivers may assist with in-store tasks, and advancement to Assistant Manager or General Manager may be available based on performance, training, and open positions. Driver roles require a motor vehicle record review that meets the company’s insurance standards. The review is conducted only after a conditional job offer and with the applicant’s written permission. Background checks, if conducted, also take place only after a conditional offer and with written permission, and include an individualized assessment in accordance with applicable fair-chance laws. Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license for at least 2 years.
Have access to a reliable vehicle with current registration and required auto insurance.
Meet company driver eligibility requirements, including a motor vehicle record review meeting insurance standards after a conditional job offer and with written permission.
Have strong customer service skills and dependable attendance.
Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver orders promptly while following traffic laws and safe driving practices.
Verify orders before leaving the store.
Provide friendly, professional service at each delivery.
Process payments and handle cash accurately.
Assist in the store with taking orders, preparing food, cleaning, and restocking.
