About The Position

The Assistant Manager at EVEREVE leads company guidelines and helps uphold the brand’s mission and culture. In partnership with the Store Manager, this role ensures customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that every customer is seen and connected with. The Assistant Manager contributes to a collaborative team environment rooted in the HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s core HEART values.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the company culture and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example, following company and Store Manager standards.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment management, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Support payroll management.
• Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
