About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads EVEREVE guidelines, upholds the company’s mission and culture, and helps ensure consistency across the brand. In partnership with the Store Manager, this role ensures customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and that every customer is seen and connected with. The Assistant Manager maintains a strong presence on the sales floor, supports and develops the team, and contributes to store results and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead in accordance with the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the company’s HEART values and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment management, and merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and payroll management support.
• Maintain sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on volume group.
