About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a dedicated, career-minded Assistant Manager to begin a management career. The franchise operates 14 locations and offers an eight-week training course covering the necessary skills for the role. Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift and must follow and enforce company policies and procedures consistently. The position requires flexibility to work when the team needs support, including weekends and holidays, when stores are busiest.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Team player with punctuality and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as the team needs.
• Ability to read a map and navigate the delivery area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities and operations during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
• Maintain customer relations and provide great customer service.
• Set an example by following all company policies and procedures, and expect employees and coworkers to do the same.
• Handle staffing and paperwork.
• Manage food and maintain store cleanliness.
• Work to a schedule.
• Contribute to marketing and profitability.
