About The Position

Domino’s Pizza in Fenton, United States, is seeking an enthusiastic, goal-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and help ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager and may step into different restaurant roles as needed. MBR Management is a locally owned Domino’s franchise that aims to support team members in reaching their career or income goals.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving experience if under the stated age threshold, or 1 year if at or above that threshold; the age threshold is malformed in the posting.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation and proof of auto insurance.
• Strong leadership skills and desire to guide and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and computer proficiency.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences.
