About The Position
The Assistant Manager is responsible for store operations during a scheduled shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. The role performs the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers, while managing a shift team of 3 to 30 employees. Assistant Managers can receive management training and progress toward becoming a Store Manager.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Valid driver's license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Full open availability.
- At least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Manage all store operations during the scheduled shift.
- Manage a staff of 3 to 30 employees.
- Control costs, inventory, and cash, and maintain customer relations.
- Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
- Greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously by vehicle.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
