About The Position
Smokey MNT Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring a part-time hourly Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and develop toward store management. The Assistant Manager is second in command of the store and is accountable for the people, operations, sales, and profits during their shift. The company provides training in leadership and pizza-making for candidates without prior experience in those areas. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture; leading by example; and following all company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. The position involves 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. The employee may be asked to help at nearby locations. Duties may include delivering products by car to customers, delivering flyers and door hangers, and performing the physical tasks described in the posting.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
- Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
- Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying products.
- Far vision and night vision for driving.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.

- Lead by example and ensure the crew follows company policies and procedures.
- Make pizzas and assist with other store work as needed.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
- Deliver products by car to customers and to their doors.
- Deliver flyers and door hangers.
- Navigate delivery areas and customer locations, including multi-story buildings and stairs.
