About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift. The Assistant Manager is second in command of the store and is accountable for what happens during the shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture; leading by example; and following all company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. Prior management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The position involves 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends, and may require helping at other locations near the chosen location.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
- Judgment, leadership, math, and multitasking skills are needed for the role.

- Prior experience at Domino’s or experience leading people.
