About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to help oversee a shift and develop toward store management. The Assistant Manager is second in command of a million-dollar business and is accountable for what happens during the shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture; leading by example; and following company policies and procedures while expecting the same from the crew. Management experience is not required, and training is provided for leadership and pizza-making. The position involves 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. The employee may be asked to help at nearby locations.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Reside near the store location.
- Ability to work 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect the crew to follow company policies and procedures.
- Help make pizzas and perform other store duties as needed.
- Work at nearby locations when asked.
