About The Position
RVP II, Inc., doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to help lead a store shift and grow toward future management opportunities. The Assistant Manager is second in command of a million-dollar business and is accountable for everything that happens during their shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. The role includes ensuring team safety, training, and culture; leading by example; and following all policies and procedures while expecting the same of the crew. Prior management or pizza-making experience is not required; training is provided. The position involves 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends, and may require helping at other nearby locations. Employees can choose days or nights. Day shifts start at 9 a.m. and end between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Night shifts start between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. and end about an hour after closing, around 1 a.m.
Requirements
- Positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior Domino’s experience or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Pass a good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the assigned shift.
- Be accountable for people, operations, sales, and profits during the shift.
- Ensure the safety, training, and culture of the team.
- Lead by example and expect the crew to follow all company policies and procedures.
- Help at other nearby locations when asked.
