About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino’s, is hiring an hourly, part-time Assistant Manager to oversee all aspects of a shift and help lead a store team. The role is second in command of the business, with accountability for people, operations, sales, and profits. The Assistant Manager is responsible for team safety, training, and culture, and must model and enforce company policies and procedures. Training is provided for candidates who have not previously managed people or made pizzas. The position may require helping at other locations near the selected store. The schedule is 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. Day shifts begin at 9 a.m. and end between 4 and 7 p.m. Night shifts begin between 3 and 6 p.m. and end about an hour after closing, around midnight to 1 a.m.
Requirements
- Great, positive attitude and high energy.
- Prior experience at Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Good driving record.
- Ability to use Outlook or email services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good background check.
- Eligible to work in the USA.
- Must reside near the store location.
Responsibilities

- Lead by example and follow all company policies and procedures, while expecting the same from the crew.
