About The Position

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost control, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. They perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers while managing a staff of 3 to 15 employees. The role includes customer service, order taking, cash register operation, food preparation according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines, and vehicle delivery of products to customers. Assistant managers are also expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment and a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Experience leading a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to motivate staff.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
• At least 18 years old.
• Punctuality and a positive attitude toward customers and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations, including cost, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Perform the duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 15 employees during the scheduled shift.
• Greet customers and take orders.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Serve as a punctual, positive role model and leader for customers and coworkers.
