About The Position

The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit. The role also assists with and learns restaurant management responsibilities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or in a similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license that can be maintained.
• Reliable transportation.
• Successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products according to Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with restaurant management responsibilities and learn those responsibilities.
