About The Position

BDQ, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen. This role offers a starting base pay of $16.87 per hour, approximately $1.50 per hour in average tips, monthly performance bonuses of up to $800, and an annual performance bonus of up to $1,000. The posting describes total earning potential of $23.47–$24.19 per hour equivalent and up to $48,000–$50,000 or more per year. The position is scheduled for 35–40 hours per week, with no early morning or late-night closing shifts. The Assistant Manager leads and supports crew members, helps maintain service quality and food safety, and assists with routine store operations. Requirements

Have 1–3 years of leadership experience; fast-food experience is a plus.
