About The Position

Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a sales-focused Assistant Spa Manager to support spa operations. The role is suited to someone passionate about client interactions, interested in the wellness industry, and looking to expand their sales experience. The Assistant Spa Manager runs the spa’s front desk, trains sales associates, and works with spa managers to foster a client- and team-focused culture. The role also involves leading by example in client service and sales, educating guests and members about spa services and products, and assisting with administrative operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or management experience.
• Availability to work a variety of business hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Passion for client interactions and interest in learning about the wellness industry.
• Sales experience or interest in expanding sales experience.
• Understanding of, or interest in learning about, the benefits of massages and facials.
• Experience handling or assisting with administrative tasks such as payroll, scheduling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team and provide individualized sales solutions.

Responsibilities
