About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is hiring an Assistant Manager to help lead restaurant operations. The role oversees daily operations, supports customer satisfaction, and motivates the team to deliver a quality experience. The manager helps maintain an efficient, safe, clean, and welcoming store while contributing to sales and profitability.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Proven restaurant management experience; pizza industry experience is preferred but not required.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for developing others.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Solid financial acumen and understanding of P&L statements.
Commitment to exceptional customer service.
Ability to follow Domino’s pizza-making standards, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and work with hustle and energy.
