About The Position
The Assistant Manager performs store operations duties and works productively in a team environment while overseeing employees. The role includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, handling telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position also includes delivery-related requirements: the employee must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver's license and a two-year driving history, meet company motor vehicle record standards, maintain current liability insurance, and wear a seatbelt while driving for the company. Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection. Drivers may be required to use a cartop sign unless their vehicle cannot accept the fittings.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have a valid driver's license and a two-year driving history.
- Have a motor vehicle record that meets company safe-driving standards.
- Maintain current liability insurance at all times.
- Wear a seatbelt while driving for the company.
- Personal vehicles used for delivery must pass a safety inspection.
Responsibilities
