About The Position

The IHOP Restaurant Assistant Manager reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager. The role supervises restaurant employees and manages front- and back-of-house operations, with a focus on profitability, safety, sanitation, and sales growth while maintaining IHOP's quality and service standards. The Assistant Manager also develops team members and must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late nights. This is not an all-inclusive job description.
