About The Position

North Star Pizza is a 27-store franchise that is looking to expand and grow, offering potential for growth within the company. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager with daily store operations, sales performance, and team leadership at the 3551 Lexington Ave N location in Arden Hills. The role includes providing excellent customer service, managing inventory and store presentation, assisting with staffing, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe environment. Starting wage is $15–$20 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or customer service leadership roles.
