About The Position
The Assistant Manager oversees all activities during a scheduled shift and is responsible for store operations, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. The role sets a positive example for the store team and may involve managing 3 to 30 employees. Assistant Managers also perform the duties of Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Drivers, including taking orders, handling payments, preparing products, delivering orders, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Requirements
- Experience leading a team.
- At least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
- Strong judgment, math, and multitasking skills.
- Motivational skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work when needed, including weekends and holidays.
- Maintain high standards for punctuality, attitude, and appearance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all store operations during the scheduled shift.
- Manage and motivate a team of 3 to 30 employees.
- Control costs, inventory, and cash, and support customer relations.
- Perform Customer Service Representative and Delivery Driver duties.
- Greet customers, take orders, and answer the phone courteously.
- Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently according to portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Deliver products from the store to customers safely and courteously.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino's Pizza Grooming Standards.
