About The Position

The Assistant Manager performs store operations duties and works productively in a team environment while overseeing all employees. The role includes operating equipment, stocking and preparing ingredients and products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, and completing associated paperwork. The position also involves cleaning the equipment and facility approximately daily. The job includes delivery-related requirements: employees must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license and two years of driving history, meet company motor vehicle record standards, maintain current liability insurance, and wear a seatbelt while driving for the company. Personal vehicles used for deliveries must pass a safety inspection. Drivers may be required to use a cartop sign unless their vehicle does not accept the fittings. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Have a valid driver’s license and two years of driving history.
Have a motor vehicle record that meets company safe-driving standards.
Maintain current liability insurance at all times.
Wear a seatbelt while driving for the company.
Ensure a personal vehicle used for delivery passes a safety inspection.
