The position also performs general store-team duties as needed, such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Delivery duties may include delivering products by car to customers and distributing flyers and door hangers. Work involves standing for most tasks and may include walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, crouching, reaching, and driving. Conditions may include adverse weather, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Team members may need to navigate multi-story buildings and carry products during deliveries.
