About The Position

The Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of a Domino’s Pizza location in Pontiac, United States. The role helps lead store operations and team members, delivers customer service, and supports the store manager in meeting sales and operational goals. The position includes hands-on work such as food preparation, taking orders, and cleaning, as well as handling cash, maintaining records, managing inventory, and upholding food safety and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or retail management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Proficiency in math and problem-solving.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Food safety certification, or willingness to obtain it.
