Requirements

• Property and Casualty license.
• Pass a background check.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Operational computing and typing skills of 45+ WPM, including use of Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
• Confident self-starter able to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop exceptional customer relationships.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Discuss clients’ coverage needs, coverage gaps, billing concerns, and policy changes, and process needed policy changes.
• Conduct policy reviews as appropriate and remarket policy renewals as needed.
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success by following established retention processes.
