About The Position

Foundation Risk Partners is hiring a Personal Lines Account Manager for its team in Woodland Hills, California. The role is responsible for meeting clients’ personal insurance needs and providing exceptional service while maintaining and growing the personal lines book of business. The account manager supports clients, producers, and carriers with prompt, accurate, and professional service, and helps clients secure and maintain appropriate coverage.

Requirements

Prompt and professional communication with clients.
Experience with California carriers.
California Property & Casualty license.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Applied Systems EPIC.
Familiarity with Mercury Insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide timely customer service and support to clients by phone and email.
Help clients secure, maintain, and grow their personal accounts, identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Manage the renewal process, including gathering details, verifying application accuracy, confirming coverage meets client needs, and resolving issues.
Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
Build trusting client relationships through open communication, professionalism, and problem-solving.
Assess quotes, negotiate conditions and pricing, and guide clients toward suitable coverage.
Participate in continuing education and training to stay current in the industry.
