About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team at a large, well-established brokerage firm that values professional growth and development. The role is responsible for providing comprehensive A-to-Z servicing for standard personal lines accounts, with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. The position offers an annual salary range of $45,000–$55,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• At least 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
• Proactive, client-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality service.

• Proficiency in Epic software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts from start to finish (A-Z servicing).
• Handle new and renewal business quotes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
• Use Epic software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support seamless account management and client satisfaction.
