MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver for its Pontiac location at 1036 W Reynolds. The driver delivers products to customers throughout the Pontiac area and represents the company through friendly, professional service. The role involves planning efficient routes, handling payments and delivery records, communicating with dispatch and management, and keeping the vehicle clean and safe. Drivers work independently while contributing to a customer-focused team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Physical ability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items.
• Reliability, punctuality, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and routes.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform routine checks.

• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers on assigned routes throughout the Pontiac area.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery time commitments.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent the company positively.
• Verify delivery addresses, collect payments when applicable, and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues.
• Handle products carefully to ensure they arrive in good condition.
• Communicate delivery status and challenges to dispatch and management.
• Keep the vehicle clean and organized.
• Follow traffic laws and company safety protocols.
