About The Position

The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain supports planning, analytics, and operational efficiency for the Cosmetic & Hair Care supply chain division within Kiss Products, Inc. and Ivy Beauty, Inc. The role establishes the team’s data analytics foundation and planning layer by producing standard reports and analyses, automating recurring manual processes, and partnering with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams. It also supports demand planning and purchasing activities to help optimize inventory, maintain supply continuity, and improve supply chain performance. The position develops and maintains recurring reports, analytics tools, and dashboards; builds and improves SKU-level demand plans; monitors forecast accuracy and supply risks; and supports purchasing, supplier management, sourcing, and cross-functional initiatives. It also contributes to process documentation, automation, continuous improvement, and the Integrated Business Planning process.

Requirements

Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree required.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports on inventory status, projected inventory, shipment tracking, material status, and fill-rate performance.
Analyze procurement and supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and data visualizations using Excel, Power BI, HTML, or comparable platforms.
Develop and own AI-powered tools that automate forecasting, inventory monitoring, demand planning reports, and related processes.
Provide ad hoc supply chain analyses to support product, marketing, sales, and finance decision-making.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across supply chain reporting systems and ERP platforms.
Build, maintain, and continuously improve SKU-level demand plans.
Track forecast accuracy and bias, identify root causes, and refine models to improve performance.
Coordinate forecast-related information with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Assist with purchasing planning to maintain optimal inventory and support fill-rate objectives.
Coordinate planned order reviews, purchase requisitions, and ASN management activities.
Monitor supply risks and proactively communicate potential issues to stakeholders.
Identify and automate recurring manual processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Design and implement standardized workflows, SOPs, and process documentation for supply chain operations.
Support process-improvement initiatives across purchasing, logistics, and operations.
Assist with assigned vendor relationships and communicate with overseas sourcing teams and suppliers.
Support sourcing for new products, packaging, raw materials, and finished goods.
Follow up with suppliers regarding order status, shipment schedules, and delivery commitments.
Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance teams on supply chain-related projects.
Participate in the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process and supply chain operations governance activities.
Contribute to new product development and sourcing project coordination as needed.
