This is a Full-time non-union position scheduled to work 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.). The role involves training, developing, and supervising support staff, overseeing program service delivery, maintaining work schedules, and ensuring incident reports and documentation are up to date. The Assistant Manager will also support hiring and training, collaborate with other managers for smooth operations, coordinate services to participants, review files, support staff in managing crises, ensure compliance with policies and standards, and assist in developing/updating policies. Availability on call for staff emergencies is also required.
