YOU As an Assistant Inside Sales Manager, you will support the Inside Sales Manager in leading the department, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a “no-equal” customer experience. You’ll also mentor and guide Inside Sales Supervisors and Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of related experience in sales or customer service
  • 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to coach and develop others
  • Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative leadership style
  • Ability to manage priorities and adapt to change

Responsibilities

  • Support Department Leadership (30%) Assist the Inside Sales Manager in overseeing daily operations, monitoring call reports, and ensuring workflow efficiency.
  • Team Development & Coaching (25%) Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Supervisors and team members. Provide feedback, set goals, and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Operational Oversight (20%) Ensure order accuracy, compliance with SOX and ISO standards, and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Customer Experience & Issue Resolution (15%) Address escalated customer concerns, support export documentation processes, and ensure service excellence.
  • Reporting & Strategic Input (10%) Prepare reports, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to policy and process improvements.
