About The Position

The Assistant Manager in Waiting program is designed to develop and evaluate future retail leaders through hands-on experience in a store environment. Advancement into a leadership role depends on demonstrated performance, leadership readiness, and business needs. Team members not selected for a leadership role when the 180-day program concludes will be placed into the appropriate Jewelry Consultant level based on their qualifications, performance, and business needs, with any applicable compensation adjustment. Candidates should understand the temporary developmental nature of the role and its possible outcomes. This opportunity is limited to external new hires only.

• Previous management or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to pursue a management career with Signet.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
