About The Position

Club Pilates Cerritos is looking for a driven, people-focused Assistant General Manager to join their leadership team. This role combines a passion for health & wellness with sales and leadership skills to make an impact. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for driving studio growth, leading the sales process, inspiring and coaching the sales team, building community connections, delivering an exceptional member experience, and ensuring smooth studio operations through staff scheduling and organization.

Requirements

2+ years of sales experience (fitness sales a big plus).
Loves building relationships, both in person and on the phone.
Supervisory or management experience preferred.
Competitive, motivated, and results-driven.
Flexible schedule with availability on nights and weekends.
