About The Position
Drybar is seeking a motivated, hands-on Assistant Shop Manager who enjoys hairstyling, developing teams, and supporting business success. The role combines team leadership and daily shop operations with providing blowouts and exceptional guest experiences. The assistant manager is expected to lead by example behind the chair and contribute to sales, memberships, and business growth.
Requirements
