About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees daily car wash operations and supports team performance during assigned shifts. The role helps ensure efficient operations, high-quality service, and an exceptional customer experience. Assistant Managers guide team members, uphold company processes, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. No prior car wash experience is required; on-site training is provided. Duties may change or new responsibilities may be assigned at any time.

Requirements

Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Physically able to operate car wash equipment and perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks.
No prior car wash experience is required; on-site training is provided.
