About The Position

Holiday Oil is seeking a motivated Car Wash Manager to oversee daily car wash operations and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment. The manager will provide excellent customer service, support company performance goals, maintain and troubleshoot equipment, and manage and coach a team. The position is based at 6221 West 7800 South, West Jordan, Utah 84081.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Leadership and training experience required.
• Mechanically inclined, with the ability to troubleshoot and manage basic maintenance.
• Ability to operate car wash equipment and monitor system functionality.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and reporting skills.
• Must have a safe driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to MVR monitoring and possess a valid Utah driver's license.

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales experience to sell monthly subscriptions preferred.
• Previous car wash or automotive service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the car wash operates efficiently and safely.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot car wash equipment.
• Assist customers with issues or questions about the wash process.
• Keep the car wash tunnel and surrounding area clean and organized.
• Restock chemicals in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Manage, train, and coach a team.
• Open and close the car wash across a Sunday-through-Saturday schedule.
