About The Position

The Car Wash Manager oversees car wash facility performance and maintenance, ensuring operational reliability, equipment functionality, and adherence to brand and safety standards. The role supervises staff, works toward sales goals, executes and grows the car wash membership program, and maintains a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

The position partners with store leadership on staffing and communicates operational, maintenance, and safety issues to appropriate leaders. It also advises leadership about actions or situations that could put employees, customers, guests, or company assets at risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products and ability to learn and use software programs in an evolving technology landscape.

Responsibilities

• Oversee car wash operations and facility performance.
• Communicate operational and repair issues with maintenance staff, store managers, and district managers.
• Partner with store leadership on hiring, scheduling, training, and performance management of car wash staff.
• Communicate safety issues, including chemical handling and SDS requirements, to appropriate leadership and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Advise leadership of actions or situations that pose a risk to employees, customers, guests, or company assets.
• Meet sales goals and execute and grow the car wash membership program.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and productive work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
