About The Position
The Assistant Manager Bars & Lounges supports beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge at Beau Rivage. The role helps oversee daily operations, develop and support beverage teams, and ensure each venue delivers exceptional service while maintaining its distinct atmosphere. The Assistant Manager supports operational needs and service standards to create memorable guest experiences across the venues. This is a full-time, flexible-schedule leadership position. The employee must be open to varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior relevant supervisory experience in beverage or an equivalent food and beverage leadership role.
- Understanding of beverage operations, guest service standards, labor management, and inventory control.
- Ability to adapt to the distinct service styles and business needs of restaurant, bar, and lounge environments.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Open and flexible availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily beverage operations across BetMGM Restaurant, Eight75 Lounge, and LUX Lounge to support consistent service and operational excellence.
- Lead and support beverage teams while fostering accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
- Elevate guest service standards and deliver experiences that reflect each outlet’s distinct atmosphere and expectations.
- Support labor management, scheduling, inventory control, and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor service quality, team performance, and operational procedures to maintain high standards across all three venues.
- Partner with beverage leadership and other departments to address challenges, improve efficiency, and meet business goals.
- Provide hands-on leadership during service by resolving guest concerns, supporting employees, and maintaining smooth operations.
- Adapt to changing business needs and provide leadership coverage where needed.
