About The Position
As a Poker Tournament Manager, you will lead a seamless, high-energy tournament experience that reflects excellence and integrity. You will oversee daily operations and staffing, ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines, manage the tournament floor, inspire the team, safeguard game integrity, and help ensure guests feel valued and engaged. The Heater Poker Tournament is scheduled to run from January 6, 2027, through January 18, 2027.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in poker dealing, supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operating activities of the Poker Tournament during the scheduled shift.
- Safeguard company assets in the poker room.
- Assure the highest level of guest service.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Complete daily reports and paperwork during the scheduled shift.
- Evaluate subordinate employees.
- Evaluate play for complimentary purposes.
- Oversee tournament operations and staffing, ensure compliance with state and regulatory guidelines, manage the tournament floor, and safeguard game integrity.
