About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, including shift runners and assistant managers. In this role, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. You are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from your crew. The company offers advancement opportunities, with management experience intended to help prepare employees for General Manager roles. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to learn and follow established systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
