About The Position
Domino's is hiring Assistant Managers and Shift Runners to lead store shifts. The management team is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash control, as well as customer relations. Managers are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company describes the workplace as fun and flexible and offers opportunities to advance toward General Manager and potentially franchise ownership. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses, and the company promotes from within.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
