About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. These roles offer a fun and flexible work environment and the opportunity to gain experience and advance within the company. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company promotes from within, and management team members can develop skills for advancement to General Manager. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage all activities and operations during the assigned shift.
