About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring management team members, including shift runners and assistant managers. The role is responsible for everything that happens during a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. Management team members are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The company describes the work environment as fun and flexible and highlights opportunities to advance toward becoming a General Manager, with the possibility of eventually becoming a franchisee. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. California pay is the applicable minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
