About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring management team members, specifically shift runners and assistant managers. The role is described as fun and flexible and offers work experience and opportunities to advance. As a member of the management team, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. You are expected to set an example, follow all company policies and procedures, and expect the same from your crew. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. The company promotes from within, with opportunities to advance toward General Manager and potentially become a franchisee.
Requirements
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
