About The Position
Domino's Pizza is hiring shift runners and assistant managers for its management team. Team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example by following all company policies and procedures and expecting the same from their crew. The role offers the opportunity to learn skills that can lead to advancement to General Manager and other positions within the company. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses. Pay is the applicable California minimum wage plus $1.00 to $5.00 per hour, depending on experience and longevity with the employer.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.

- Prior leadership experience is preferred.
