This role involves participating in the total plan of care for residents, enhancing productivity, ensuring compliance, undertaking staffing responsibilities (including hiring, training, and evaluating staff), assisting in budgeting and monitoring expenses, assisting with staff scheduling, and performing other duties as requested by the Director of Food & Nutrition.
