About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate, caring, and creative Assistant Infant Teacher to help create a positive, engaging learning environment where infants can learn, play, grow, and thrive academically and emotionally. This is an entry-level position. The role partners with other teachers to implement the company's proprietary curriculum and uses engaging characters to support children's learning and play. The Assistant Infant Teacher helps maintain quality, health, and safety standards; contributes to a welcoming classroom and positive team environment; and communicates with parents and families about children's activities and achievements through mobile apps and personal discussions. The position is offered in state-of-the-art classrooms with ongoing training, professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways.

Requirements

Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
High school diploma or GED.
Meet applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Nice To Haves

Early childhood education coursework preferred.

Responsibilities
