About The Position
AppleTree Prep is an established, state-licensed center with a 3-star Quality Rated rating. Its mission is to help children become independent, confident, and compassionate individuals through a stimulating and enriching environment for students and teachers. The Assistant Infant Teacher supports the Lead Teacher in classroom operations and learning experiences, builds relationships with children and their families, and helps maintain a positive, clean, and nurturing space. The center is located at 3799 Hwy 81, Loganville, GA 30052.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to work 12:30 p.m.–6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in shaping the overall learning experience and guiding classroom operations.
- Build strong relationships with children and their families.
- Create and maintain a positive, clean, and nurturing environment for the children in their care.
