About The Position

Columbia Academy Thunder Hill is seeking an Assistant Infant Teacher to help create a positive learning environment and support the holistic development of children. The role involves collaborating with teachers across classrooms and helping children learn and grow in a safe, nurturing setting. A $500 hiring bonus is offered. Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of prior experience with infants or infants and toddlers.
Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners.

Nice To Haves

MSDE Infant/Toddler certification.
Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center.
